Terms 

 

Advance Bookings normally require a minimum of 2 working days notice although occasionally we can cater for very last minute events!

 

For non account holders a 25% non-refundable deposit is required upon any booking  with the final balance being settled 2 days prior to the event.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event will be charged at 50% of the cost.

Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the event will be charged 100% of the cost.

Free delivery within 5 mile radius of Malvern for all orders over £25 (£1 per mile thereafter up to a limit of 15miles)

 

Please notify us at the time of booking of any Allergies or Dietary requirements that need to be catered for.

 

All food is provided in biodegradable platters and should be consumed within 4 hours of delivery.  Alternatively the food can be refrigerated at 4 - 6 degrees celsius and consumed later.

Allergies: Some of our menu items contain allergens including: Gluten, Nuts, Milk, Eggs, Fish, Shellfish, Soya, Celery, Mustard, Sulphites, Sesame and Lupin

 

Please be advised whilst we take every precaution to prevent cross contamination our baked goods may contain or come into contact with peanuts, tree nuts or other allergens.  

 

*Our Gluten Free goods are made with gluten free products but are produced in an environment where wheat is used, albeit not at the same time as  the gluten free products are being made and baked.
